91 ford f150 won't start

Go to start it it cranks won't turn over.
Starts to then dies like when the battery goes dead

Checked battery it was fine. Bought new battery same issue.
Bought me cables incase bad connection, didn't change
anytime.

I'm not a car guy at all. Chance oil, lights tires...kinda useless
after.

It's a manual if that matters. Been driving it last three years
and put new starter in it, new fuel pump,

Any help be appreciated.
