Dear endi2100- The order for that 4.9L engine on your 1991 Ford F150 is as follows- 1-5-3-6-2-4. The distributor rotation is clockwise. Just a hint- replace the wires one at a time. It's a real mess if you get them all mixed up. Good luck from Boavan.
