also when did u last change your fuel filter,a clogged filter will make your truck run rough.

I had the same problem- watch this You tube video, it shows exactly what happens and how to fix it. Look up this on you Tube--- F-150 Transmission Shutter - Fixed - Coil on Plug and Spark Plug Swap
