1990 f-150 fuel pressure bleedoff

truck will not start ...the key on position pump comes on rail has gas bleeds off in seconds

There's only a few places the gas can go to. One is through the regulator and back to the tank. Another is a bad regulator and gas goes into the intake through the diaphragm. The third is back to the tank via the fuel line. The fourth is into the engine through a leaking injector.
