Car wont start ... light under prndl missing

No crank... gas gage also stopped working recently, so leaning toward an electrical problem

Thanks for the help... fuse 10 (pcm b) was blown ... all others good, so far... replaced and light came back under prndl, but still no check engine light ... then fuse blew again ...
