Brake lights come on & off when vehicle is parked.
Already checked brake switch, and lights come on & off with brake switch removed. If it is a relay problem I can't find actual location.

Wipers only work on high. Will not shut off until vehicle is shut off. 8 Answers
The wipers only work when switched to high. Then they will not shut off until ignition is shut off. They will then automatically park themselves. The washer cycle works fine.
