What does TDR wrenchable mean

IT MEANS JUST WALK AWAY! wrenchable, with some work it will only be a headache.. REALTORS use a similar term "handyman special" for a house that should be torn down, I'm Sure you get the picture. If there so wrenchable why doesn't the DEALER wrench them and earn good money selling them after??? Regards
