2003 explorer rear running lights quit. checked bulbs,fuses,relays,drl module,changed mfs, extended wires(harness too short. left headlight quit, bulb is good. is there a low outage module.

Sounds more as if you have no ground, check power in the bulb socket with a meter. Go from the power side Of the socket to a know ground (such as a body ground) to see if you get power, the socket could be bad, try some Dielectric grease in the socket
