03 Ford Sport Trac drivers side power window only powers up.

Drivers side window will only power up no matter what position the control is in.

I would bet the possibilities are good that the masterswitch had something get spilled in it. take it off, take to safe area to do so and take it apart to inspect, takes talent and ingenuity. If not that, the wires from it at the "A" pillar. where they pass thru from there into the vehicle.
