Misfiring coilpacks and truck does not start

On a 2000 ford f150 lightning super charge
5.6 liter what makes the coil packs misfire
and tube truck not crank. I have a hot wire
running to the coil packs but no ground wire

Coil packs or coil is grounded when mounted. A crack or break-down of the coil will cause a miss. Not sure what you mean by tube truck not crank.
