4wheel won't engage

four wheel will not auto engage. i cleaned locking hubs and replace celinoid switch..?

do you have the auto hub locks? If so they commonly strip. You would be better served swapping them out for manual locks.

you may have a bad acuaitor,check vac lines on transfercase,their is a motor on back of it,TC may be bad,check your 4x4 fuse.

I have true 1976 4x4 custom highboy 4speed i have factory lock outs. My front differential does not engage i ...... I jacked up one wheel in front and true easy drive turn easy . Put truck in neutral both drive shafts turn. I think something wrong in the differential but i do not hear anything or no noises. what do you think Thanks
