Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck will turn over but won't start, somehow I messed up the security,
this happened once last year, late in the evening, I called the local Ford dealer
and got a salesman, he wasn't sure but said try this and it worked, I can't
remember what he said, it had to do something with the keypad and then
open the doors, but I can't remember, can anyone help?

If the trucks a remote keyless entry. Try holding the lock and unlock buttons at the same time for a little while. It should lock and then unlock. It should then start for you
