2003 Ford f250 super duty 5.4 v8 engine normal in park, sherky and jerky only when I accelerate. wondering if its a transmission problem. Also sherky and jerky are the names of the last 2 auto mechanics i took it to.

Tell sherky to read the engine trouble codes, then tell jerky the engine probably needs spark plugs and a coil or two.
