Truck won't  idle properly. Possible idle air control

The main problem I have is locating the idle control valve. Being an air valve I'massuming it is under the air intake boot. First thing in the morning I'mgoing to pull that off and investigate further. I just had the exhaust manifold replaced on the passenger side.want to do drivers side but the wallet says no.it will be done soon. I'm hoping I didn't damage anything else driving it for the short time I had to
