paint bright yellow 2003

Help....the paint (clear coat) is lifting. It looks like is has a sun burn and is pealing. I was getting ready to sell it (24k) now this happen. Is this normal for this car, never had anything like this happen. And the tack and speedo stopped working...with 24k miles on it???

If it's a factory paint job, then there's nothing you can do. It's just gonna get worse. Read this article. Apparently these vehicles are lemons. You will probably have to find a replacement gauge cluster on ebay. These vehicles are notorious for gauge cluster issues.
