03 Chevy Malibu

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car died while taking kids to school, then
wouldn't start, got it towed to house then
started, then wouldn't start from dead
battery, changed battery, cam shaft position
sensor, both crank shaft position sensors,
plugs and wires, had coil packs tested and
ignition control module tested both tested
good, changed the electronic control
module, not the security tired that already
and no fault codes on the obd, can hear fuel
pump working do what is left at this point?

Remove air filter then spray starting fluid into the duct (that will confirm that your problems not with the fuel pump) and if the engine tries to start then you may have a blockage in your fuel supply ,, ,,,

Tried that too, now it cranks for a sec and stops then makes a wining noise, tried to jump it thinking battery died from trying to start out.

Turn the key to the on position leave their for about 30 mins then turn to the off position then try an start it

Thanks guys, tried that too, it's not a security thing the light doesn't flash out stay on, I just changed out the ignition control module and the coil packs and it started up and ran fine. Tried to start this morning and it's back to square one, I could have got put a down payment on a new car with the money I've spent by now lol. My next step is checking the connections fit the pump. Any info helps thanks
