Brakes

I bled my brakes, with the ignition turned
over. I am not getting fluid on driver side to
come out.. Would my master cylinder be bad
or the metal line it's self, I put a new brake
hide in and still nothing. Also both brakes in
front are not working and I'm getting
fustrated please someone tell whatim doing
wrong

sounds like master cyclinder went bad. does the brake pedal have pressure? does it come back up right away?
