2000 f250 5.4 replaced starter +Battery still won't turn over tryes

Make sure that the DPFE hasn't gone bad on you, when they fail it makes the truck hard to start or it won't start at all- also if it has failed you might want to clean the throttle body ports... when the get all gummed up with carbon they'll help the DPFE go bad sooner.
