Car is turned off and car is making clicking sound in dash board area

Those are probably just relays and nothing to worry about. Has it always done that?

It is the body control module. I had the exact same problem. It got to the point that when we were driving the day time lights were flashing on and off along with the clicks. It would also wake up with a dead battery and finally figured that one out also.
