They replaced 02 sensor TWICE light on again
reads but now reads 0134 as well

the code tell you where the problem is not what to replace , you still have to figure it out like any computer

you need to have the wiring ckd from the pcm to the sensors.it appears you are loosing the signal from the sensors.they are heated and should have 12v at the sensor plug with the key on,if no voltage suspect the wiring

Did that checked wires. When fixed light goes back on after 15miles. Help me please ty for answering
