you dont,but if you want to they will have to be cut off with a tourch and new ones wielded on.
have to take the front bumper off and there are two bolts for each hook that goes down the inside of the frame rails dont use a would recommend soaking the bolts in some pb blaster over night before trying to take them out or have a torch handy to heat the nuts up
