Troubles troubleshooting

Hey guys I have a 1998 5.4L v8 ford f250 we have
just redone the serpentine belt and belt tenioner.
But still seem to have a hissing/ squeeling sound
that appears while the vehicles driving around
3000 rpm. And can be heard very faintly when
parked . We have also checked as many vacuume
lines as I could check what else could this be ???

Does it make noise while not driving, just in park and running? If so, take the belt off and start it to see if the noise goes away. Don't run the engine over a minute or so while doing this. If the noise goes away then something the belt runs on is the problem.
