2003 chevy blazer 4 wheel drive

My blazer will not start until I have the
battery charger on it for some time. Lights in
dashboard flicker and sometimes stay on.
ABS, Check engine and now electrical. What
could this be?

Alt will leave lights on dash on till system check is complete. 13v minimum to turn off the system check
