why are my center ac vents not working

My outside dash vents for the AC on my 1995 Mercedes E320 wagon works just fine.  But
the center dash vents do not work and all air comes out the defrost instead.  I also noticed
no difference between recirculate and fresh air modes.

Possibly a vacuum leak. Some air ducts are controlled by vacuum. When no vacuum is present the air will only blow out the defrost vents.

Delete the space between (s- de) should be (s-de) for address to work. Sorry iPad issues again.
