How is a CASH payment placed in my account by Cargurus.com Pay?

Just linked my account as the Seller per Cargurus.com Pay instructions.  

Out of state buyer paying by CASH. How does Cargurus.com get the cash into
my account?

Why have a middle man? Take the cash and give the buyer the car. As far as I know CG's does a bank money transfer.
