If you allowed the ad to expire, you can relist it but you will not be able to add the VIN to it for 30 days. In the future, should you wish to extend your listing, you can log into your account, go to My Listings, and there will be an "Extend" button next to your ad expiration date that you can click to leave it posted for more time.
