Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Click for high beam won't stay on high goes back to low, only way to keep high beam on is to hold switch in forward position, it also controls the blinkers, I kinda turned on blinker and high beam almost same time and that's when the high wouldn't stay on without holding it.

Since the stalk won't stay forward as it should the mechanical part of the multifunction swith is proably bad.. Pull the steering wheel off to get to the combination switch. Search around and you will find at least one good video on how to do it. You will need a torx 30 long screw driver, not socket, and a 10 mm allen wrench scket plus torque wrench to put it back. wiyh the correct tools it is not difficult once you see the video..

It always is a good thing to check the fuses first. and the bulbs before buying a new switch.
