abs/traction light

2004 impala ss while driving battery light comes on then abs and service
traction system lights go on when this happens it feels like the trans is
slipping as well as the dash cluster quits working the car did die on me and
was very slow to crank over so had battery and alternator tested and the
battery is good and now recharged alternator failed test so I replaced it drove
for a day and now the problem is back but it has not died on me.  looking for
some assistance please help I have no idea what to do next.  Thanks
