Car won't start

I have a 2004 Chevy Impala SS my car was stolen
found my car no keys no key fob pulled car door
open to get in had to change out key ignition
switch now can't I by pass  safety security system
all the car will do is flash lights and Horn

Have a mechanic, locksmith or dealer program the new ignition to the car. They have the proper equipment to do so.

    Car turns over like it's not getting gas. Feul pump and filter works. Change sensor and put feul pressure regulator on same out come.
