Why is my 2004 Chevy impala still running hot after I replace the water pump, belt and thermostat?

How hot does it get in degrees F? What about the thermostat? Can you check coolant flow through the radiator on a cold engine? Does the radiator fan work? Any applicable trouble codes? Are you losing coolant? Any coolant in your oil or oil in your coolant?
