Misfire after i changed spark plugs, checked all my coils, and cleaned throttle body?

I put brand new spark plugs and checked all my coils. I also had my throttle
body cleaned and still yet it is misfiring. Could it be the mass air flow sensor or
an o2 sensor?

May be a bad spark plug wire, or low compression in a cylinder. There should be a code stored in the computer that would indicate what cylinder it is. Have the code read at like Auto Zone.
