keeps blowing fuel injector fuses

I would check the fuel injector harness. When cars sit, mice like to nest in that area and could have caused two open wires to be touching. An easy way to find out which injector it's to would be to first remove the fuel pump relay, then disconnect one fuel injector connector at a time to see where the fault is. If you find it to be from only on of the injectors and the harness looks okay then it's most likely that injector. The ECM controls the fuel injectors so it's more unlikely for it to be that.
