Yes it could but it could also be a few other things. Turn everything off inside the blazer, radio, blower ect. Then turn the key to run but not all the way to start/crank. Listen for the whine of the fuel pump. If you hear it for about 2-3 seconds then the pump is ok. If you don't hear it start with the fuel pump relay under the hood. Let us know how it goes and we can go from there.
Car was fine, came out of store would turn over but not start. Could it be the fuel filter other than the fuel pump?
