2004 chevy blazer 2 door 2 wheel drive 4.3 vortec

My 04 blazer will shut down while driving its like it
loses power and shuts down throw it N starts right
back up sit too long at a red light it starts dropping
rpms shuts off i ve replaced everything but fuel
pump and distributor

Dude, with these Blazers, you start troubleshooting with the Distributor Cap, Rotor, Coil, ICM, Fuel Pump, Fuel Injectors etc.... These are the number one causes, very common. Especially the cap and rotor. I don't know what "everything" is you replaced, but you started in the wrong spot. Google is your friend, use it.
