2006 Toyota Tundra hvac blower not blowing very well.

How do i fix the blower to get the normal amount of air flowing through my
heating and cooling vents.

I checked it out a little better this time and wherever in every position I have the switch set for the air to come out. It is mostly coming out the bottom. and a little out of the upper vents.
