My 06 Chevy trailblazer shows a lock on the
insnsterment panel, gauges don't move and
it want start

You need to be towed to your local Chevrolet Dealer for repairs. There is no reset. Don't waste your time on the 10 minute or 30 minute relearn procedure that everyone talks about. It won't work in your situation! Hope that helps! Jim
