replaced plugs and coils, check engine still on ?

I had a misfire on my 2000 Toyota tundra, I replaced all plugs and coils, truck running great !!   but the check engine light is still on.  any help would be great.

Once you fix the problem you have to clear the codes for the light to turn off. Use a code reader to erase the codes.

Thank you for the info... I cleared the codes and check engine light went off. I drove the truck for several miles and light stayed off.
