95 tercel front turn signals work rear don't new bulbs cleaned good fuses what's the problem

Buy one of those needle test lights. Remove your bulbs and turn on the blinkers. See if the socket is getting power. If not, trace the ground wire back to it's grounding spot. Remove the wire and clean the grounding area. Put it back and see if you now have power to the socket. If not, start probing the hot wire of the socket until you find power. You may have a broken wire. Odds are, you just have rusted grounds.
