You can go or call any Toyota dealership and ask them to order one for you? The owner's manual is the same whether it is regular cab, double cab, access cab... and for all practical purposes whether it is 2004-2007. Understand that an owners manual is different than schedule maintenance guide (do you service every 5000 miles or 6 months) or warranty booklet, or repair guide. Any Toyota dealership's Parts Department can order one for you.

Screw the owners manual... Get a Factory Service Manual if you plan on working on your truck.
