My 2002 Tacoma 3.5L starts missing when engine gets hot. It runs good when cold. Code shows three cyliners are missing. What could it be?

What could cause my 2002 Tacoma 3.4L to miss? When I start it in the morning it runs fine, but then 3 cylinders begin to miss.

Thank you. That makes sense. Would injector cleaner help, or do I take it in for more serious work?
