I had an A/C leak and I found the evaporator was bad so I replaced it and also replaced the expansion valve. I used new o-rings as well. However, there is still a small leak somewhere in the evaporator area. If I'm not mistaking, it looks like the pressure switch on the metal tubing might be leaking. So I replaced the O-ring on that too. Still leaks. Is it possible that a bad pressure switch could be my small A/C leak? Any help is appreciated.

A bad pressure transducer could easily be the cause of your leak. Suggest replacing that.
