There is no way to give you an accurate answer to that. It depends on past maintenance and if it has been abused. The V6 is a 3.4L engine the 5ZV FE, a proven design, that has a timing belt but is non-interference
I just don't know anything about the condition of the engine, it's history, age, how well (or not) it was taken care of, installer, sitting here behind a keyboard.
