Heater fan on my 1995 Toyota Tacoma quit.  I looked for the fuse and am uncertain which fuse it is.  The diagram in the fuse box does not specify a fuse for the heater. Could it be a switch?  How do I whether it is a switch problem or a fuse problem?

Did you check voltage and ground at blower motor wiring connector? As far as voltage, 30 amp heater fuse in diagram. Not only check the fuse, use a test light and check for voltage on fuse circuit. With key on, hvac turned on. If no voltage, that voltage comes from heater relay. If you track the problem back to relay, have to check relay wiring circuits. I can only help with testing.
