used 2005 sienna

Asked by tee Oct 28, 2007 at 07:36 PM about the 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

i am readying to buy a used 2005 sienna xle. We test drove it yesterday, but the drive seemed somewhat disappointing. The pick-up was someehat slower than my 05 camry V6.  I had hoped the V6 sienna would drive as good as the camry or am I wrong? The car has 14k miles

The Sienna is a larger car with a similar-sized engine to the Camry. I would imagine it is a less satisfying drive as a correlation to that. For example, my '07 Dakota, with a 3.7L V-6, seems a lot faster than my '07 Ram 1500 truck with the 3.7L V-6 -- same engine, lots more weight to the Ram.
