04 sienna oveheats at idle or low rpm, both fans work and the one speeds up with temp increase, A/c recirc light comes on then as it gets hotter a/c blows warm. if you rev it over 1500 it cools quick either at idle or driving..

Your thermostat may be sticking or you have some obstruction in your radiator. If the fans are coming on then your engine should cool, unless the water is not flowing properly, which would point to a thermostat or a bad radiator.
