I sent an e-mail to KeyUsedCars regarding a 2004 Toyota Sienna XLE
expressing my interest in the vehicle. The dealership has not responded in any
way. Are you able to assist me with this issue? I specified my e-mail address &
cell phone number. Thank you for your time & attention.

Their phone number is (815) 653-4800. Maybe if you call them, this will be resolved faster and next to immediately vs. waiting for an email reply and for them to contact you especially if they have a car you are interested in. It's ok to be proactive with dealers.
