playd the tape plays am but when i put on
fm no sound check attena. What should i do

Are you on the FMX stations? There is a difference between that and regular FM stations.

How can you tell the stations come on like 99.1 but no sound the cd a tape play with sound am evean has staick

If 99.1 is a known station to you, and you are hearing static, then there is a problem with the antenna, just have to check that out. Just stop at some stereo install place, maybe someone can take a quick look.
