I won't say you can't bypass anti-theft systems, because racers do this with new cars setup for the track, but it will cost you WAYYY more than just fixing what is wrong with yours. The programming for such systems is incorporated in several computer modules and the ignition system. If bypassing were easy, then every car thief out there would have a field day.
