doors won't stay locked

whether I lock by hand each door or by the remote , when I come back to car the
doors are all unlocked

You can try locking the door then as your closing the door, hold the handle as if u were opening it and when you close the door release the handle and it will lock. My both front doors of my Mazda are like that, so its how i lock it. but i recommend you take in to the shop to get it fixed.
