I am looking for a vehicle under $4000. I have

trade in.  I found a 2005 Chevrolet equinox for
$4500.  I  requested information which I did
not get.  I was pre-approved by by west lake

Based on your description, the vehicle sold, so that is why the seller never messaged you back. Most vehicles are for sale on the dealers lots, so time is of the essence.

If you really want a car you go to the dealer in person, not rely on email. Snooze you lose!
